At just 13 years old, Megan Gentil has spent more time in hospitals than most adults. She was born nine weeks premature, diagnosed with Down Syndrome, and spent her first three and a half months in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Cody, an American Family Children’s Hospital at Watertown patient, was pretty upset the night he was discharged. “Cody did not want to leave, he was having so much fun,” says mom, Katie.

Libby, a vivacious 7-year-old, underwent surgery at the American Family Children’s Hospital at Watertown. “Having a facility this nice so close to home is just wonderful,” says mom, Jenny.
