Watertown Regional Medical Center and the Heart & Vascular Center welcome Nurse Practitioner, Teresa Price.   Teresa joins Drs. David Cullinane and Salim Shammo and will begin seeing patients on November 28th.

Teresa believes that prevention is early intervention.  She takes a preventative approach in her practice, working closely with the patient and their family.  Teresa also prides herself on being a good listener and meeting the family’s needs in addition to the patient’s.

Teresa graduated with honors with a Master’s of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Alverno College.   She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, again graduating with honors.

When Teresa is not in the office she enjoys gardening, distance hiking, spending time in nature and traveling.  Teresa is from the area, graduating from Watertown High School in 2005.  She looks forward to providing care in the city she grew up in.
