The team of healthcare professionals at Three Oaks Health provides comprehensive and continuous care for people of all ages and their families. With a focus on building trusting, long-term relationships, we work with our patients to address all major acute and chronic health care needs and help them achieve strong health maintenance. Services we provide include women’s health, immunizations, infant wellness checks, pediatrics, adolescent care, minor surgical procedures, sports/school/work physicals, and geriatric care.

As part of our patients’ larger community, we serve as a first point of contact and utilize other health professionals via consultation and/or referral as appropriate.

Dr. Milford also provides home visits when needed and is a committed practitioner of palliative and hospice care.
